Lisa Harris Interview

Q: Let me start with asking you to tell us a little bit about yourself.
A. My family and I moved to South Africa in the beginning of 2004 and later moved to Mozambique. Since then, I’ve been a home schooling mom, involved in ministry, started a non-profit to help those in need, and I’ve been very grateful for the opportunities to keep writing as well. So yes, life is busy, unpredictable, challenging, and rewording.

A. I am an artist and a writer living in Maryland with my husband of nearly twenty years, our two teenage children, and our large and loveable dog, Tank. Aside from writing, I work full time as a communications strategist and speechwriter. A:  I’m a retired physician. My wife and I live in North Texas, where I spend some time writing “medical suspense with heart.” I certainly didn’t plan a career in writing, but as I like to say, it keeps me off the streets and out of pool halls (although sometimes it interferes with my weekly golf game).
