Q: Let me start with asking you to tell us a little bit about yourself.
A. I’m married and have a son and two dogs. I reside in a Cincinnati suburb.
Q: When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?
A. I’ve been writing since I was 13, only back then, I wrote screenplays.

Q: How long have you been writing and what other careers or jobs have you had?
A. My husband and I have been missionaries in Africa for about twelve years. My other job was running a home daycare in the States. It was during those years that I decided I wanted to get serious about writing, so while the kids napped, I wrote. My first book, a novella, was finally published the end of 2003.

Q: How long have you been writing and what other careers or jobs have you had?
A. I’ve been writing novels for about eight years. Before that, I was a journalist and magazine article writer. I’ve made my living as a writer my entire life, but now that I get to make up people and situations, rather than explain them, I’m happier.
