Q: Let me start with asking you to tell us a little bit about yourself.
A. Thanks so much for the chance to be here! I live in Central Florida with my wonderful hubby and we’re blessed that our two grown children live nearby. I’m both a writer and a USCG-licensed boat captain, so I get to escape my office and spend time outside and around people on a regular basis. It’s a balance that works really well for me.

Q: How did you get your start writing fiction and what genre do you predominantly write in?
A. I started writing in my forties. Two things kicked off my decision to give writing a try. The first was an inspirational message I heard about finding your destiny, and the other, believe it or not, was the television series, Murder, She Wrote! I realized that more than anything, I wanted to be Jessica Fletcher.
