Q: How long have you been writing and what other careers or jobs have you had?
A: I’ve been writing seriously since 2008. I’ve been on staff at a local church and spent almost a decade working at an Early Childhood Education Center, most of that time as the Academy Director.
Q: Do you write in only one genre and if so which one and why? If not, which ones and why?
A: I write in two genres. Romantic Suspense and Contemporary Romance.
Q: How did you get your start writing fiction and what genre do you predominantly write in?
A: I write suspense and mystery. Years ago in college I thought rather vaguely about writing a Western in the manner of Ernest Haycox. (I did write a passable short story then, but did not publish.) But those were troubled times. I was recalled for the Korean War and stayed for a career. Afterwards, I went through graduate school for a doctorate and taught
Q: Let me start with asking you to tell us a little bit about yourself.
A: Well, I’m a husband, father of five daughters, a healthcare worker, and an author. I love my family and love being a dad to daughters. We have so much fun with our girls. I’m originally from Baltimore and now live in Pennsylvania, love the country, Gettysburg, hiking, and just hanging out with my family.
Q: When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?
A:
