Q: Let me start with asking you to tell us a little bit about yourself.

A. I’m a writer, a journalist and the mother of two little girls. I live just on the outskirts of Toronto, Canada. Most days I walk the kids to school, then I walk Small Dog through the park, make coffee and settle down to write.
