3. Winner agrees to allow us to publicize their name in conjunction with the contest.
4. Contest ends on November 30th, 2019 at midnight eastern standard time.
5. One Winner will be selected at random by random.org to receive a print copy of Clear Confusion by Kathy M. Howard.
