My take:
Vanished in the Night is the 6th book in Eason’s Wrangler’s Corner series and one that I enjoyed quite a bit. There were a few things in the story that bugged me a little bit, but for the most part I found it to be a suspense and interesting read.
I liked the characters. The romance wasn’t a favorite, but it wasn’t bad either. I liked how the hero of the story right away was protective of infant — that was sweet. The mystery was intense and definitely made for a quick read, as I wanted to see how it would end.
All in all, I enjoyed Vanished in the Night and recommend it if you like romantic suspense. You don’t need to read this series in order.
I’m an avid reader who loves books that keep me glued to the page, anticipating what is going to happen next, and suspense books definitely give me that!
