Sleeman is an amazing suspense, FBI/Police type writer and she does not disappoint in this one, of course there is always some romance too.

I had fun trying to figure out who-dun-it in this book. So many red-herrings. So many possible reasons why. So many with motive and mean. Tessa has enemies both in the rodeo world and in the law enforcement world. Needless to say, I did not guess who did it until it was revealed.
